ICT System Support Engineer

We have the knowledge and the customers. In your role as an ICT System Support Engineer, you work with customers to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement. You help them move forward and make sure they can rely on us for their IT.

We have a variety of assignments ready for you depending on your knowledge, experience and preferences, so you can get started right away.

Who are you?

As an ICT System Engineer at Aumatics, you work on a wide range of customer environments from our office and on-site at customer locations. You are supported by driven IT professionals in your team whenever needed.

At Aumatics, you get the space and support to develop both professionally and personally. You have the opportunity to independently manage our customers' systems and are responsible for their availability.

You resolve incidents, perform maintenance, implement improvements and contribute to projects. You also provide broad support to our customers.

What else do you bring?

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
• At least MBO/HBO level of thinking and working;
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure;
• Familiarity with ITIL and the ability to apply it in your work;
• Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus, but not required;
• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week;
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Azure;
• Language skills: fluent Dutch and English.
