Websitebezoek, cookies en analyse

Wanneer je onze website bezoekt, verwerken wij bepaalde gegevens om de website te laten functioneren, het gebruik te analyseren en onze dienstverlening te verbeteren. Hiervoor maken wij gebruik van cookies en vergelijkbare technologieën. Cookies zijn kleine bestandjes die op je apparaat worden opgeslagen en onder meer een uniek identificatienummer kunnen bevatten. IP‑herkenning en bedrijfsherkenning

Wij gebruiken een dienst die bedrijfsbezoeken aan onze website kan herkennen op basis van IP‑adressen. Deze dienst vergelijkt het IP‑adres van de bezoeker met een database met openbaar beschikbare bedrijfsinformatie en toont ons bedrijfsgegevens zoals bedrijfsnaam, adres en branche. De dienst plaatst daarnaast eerste‑partij cookies om inzicht te krijgen in het gebruik van onze website en verwerkt domeinnamen uit formulierinvoer (bijvoorbeeld "voorbeeld.nl") om IP‑adressen met bedrijven te correleren. Deze informatie helpt ons beter te begrijpen welke organisaties onze website bezoeken zodat wij onze inhoud en diensten relevanter kunnen maken. Wij ontvangen geen persoonsgegevens van individuele bezoekers; de informatie wordt beperkt tot het bedrijfsniveau. Formulieren en leadverrijking

Wanneer je contactformulieren invult of je aanmeldt voor een nieuwsbrief, vragen wij je om persoonsgegevens zoals naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, functietitel, organisatie en locatie. Wij kunnen een data‑verrijkingsdienst gebruiken om aanvullende informatie over je organisatie op te zoeken, zoals telefoonnummer, branche of bedrijfsomvang, en om formulieren automatisch aan te vullen. Deze diensten gebruiken openbare bronnen en databases en combineren de door jou ingevoerde gegevens met gegevens uit hun database. Gegevens die onze klanten of gebruikers via dergelijke formulieren aanleveren kunnen door de dienstverlener gebruikt worden om hun database te verbeteren. Wij gebruiken deze verrijkte gegevens om beter in te schatten wie contact met ons opneemt, om te bepalen welke van onze producten of diensten relevant zijn en om gericht contact op te nemen. De grondslag voor deze verwerking is ons gerechtvaardigd belang om ons marketing- en salesproces te optimaliseren. Indien vereist vragen wij je om toestemming voordat wij de gegevens laten verrijken.

Afsprakenplanner

Om afspraken met klanten en geïnteresseerden in te plannen, maken wij gebruik van een online afsprakenplanner. Wanneer je via deze planner een afspraak boekt, worden gegevens zoals je naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer, datum en tijd van de afspraak en eventuele aanvullende informatie verwerkt. De afsprakenplanner registreert ook technische gegevens zoals je IP‑adres, browser en apparaatinformatie om de dienst te kunnen leveren. De dienst maakt gebruik van cookies en vergelijkbare technologieën om je sessie te beheren en je voorkeuren te onthouden. Deze gegevens worden gebruikt om de afspraak te bevestigen, herinneringen te sturen en de planning te optimaliseren. De grondslag voor deze verwerking is de uitvoering van (voor)contractuele maatregelen. Wij bewaren deze gegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk voor het beheren van je afspraak en eventuele vervolgcontacten.

Embedded sociale media en advertentietracking

Op onze website kunnen we content van sociale media (zoals video's, berichten of deelknoppen) insluiten. Deze platforms kunnen gegevens verzamelen over jouw bezoek aan onze website, waaronder de url, referrer, IP‑adres, apparaat- en browserkenmerken, tijdstempel en bezochte pagina's. De gegevens worden versleuteld en binnen zeven dagen gepseudonimiseerd; geanonimiseerde gegevens worden binnen 90 dagen verwijderd. Wij ontvangen uitsluitend geaggregeerde rapportages over ons websitepubliek en advertentieprestaties; we krijgen geen inzage in individuele profielen. Deze informatie wordt gebruikt voor conversiemeting, retargeting en het verbeteren van onze marketingactiviteiten. Je kunt via je sociale‑media‑accountinstellingen beheren hoe deze platforms jouw gegevens gebruiken voor advertentiedoeleinden.

Verstrekking aan derden

Wij kunnen de door jou verstrekte informatie aan derde partijen verstrekken indien dit noodzakelijk is voor de uitvoering van de hierboven beschreven doeleinden of wanneer wij hiertoe wettelijk verplicht zijn. Voorbeelden van activiteiten die door derde partijen worden uitgevoerd zijn:

• We pseudonymise and encrypt personal data if there is reason to do so;

• We make backups of the personal data in order to restore it in the event of physical or technical incidents;
• We regularly test and evaluate our measures;

Rights regarding your data

You have the right to view, rectify or delete personal data that we have received from you. You can also object to the processing of your personal data (or part of it) by us or by one of our processors. If we cannot work it out with you, we will of course find this very annoying.
