Project Manager IT Enterprise

What will you do?

As Project Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating and successfully completing a variety of IT projects within our organization. You make sure all teams involved work well together, project goals are clear and customer expectations are exceeded. You are the central point of contact for both internal teams and customers, while monitoring progress and quality throughout the project. Your role includes:

• Coordinating and leading IT projects from start to finish for both SMEs and larger organizations;
• Acting as the central point of contact for technical teams, customers and other stakeholders;
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met;
• Communicating project status and progress to internal and external stakeholders;
• Preparing detailed project plans and reports;
• Identifying risks and challenges and proactively addressing them;
• Encouraging collaboration between teams to translate customer needs into efficient and effective IT solutions;
• Coordinating IT migrations, implementations of new technologies and service improvements.

Who are you?

We are looking for a Project Manager with a passion for IT and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate has experience in an IT environment and knows how to manage projects effectively. Experience and skills we particularly value include:

What else do you bring?

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment;
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and preferably Microsoft Azure;
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum and PRINCE2;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Experience working according to ITIL practices, including service management and incident/problem management;
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience coordinating customer migrations and implementations of new IT solutions;
• At least MBO/HBO level of thinking and working;
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and cloud migrations is a plus;
• Availability for 40 hours per week.
