Cloud Engineer (Azure)

Would you like to work on cloud-based SD-WAN architecture, a new Azure environment with a cloud team, or a modern workplace using Microsoft Endpoint Manager? We have a range of assignments ready for you depending on your knowledge, experience and preferences, so you can get started right away. How you approach them and who you work with is largely up to you. You are the expert, so at Aumatics you get the professional freedom and responsibility to deliver results.

Together with a fantastic team, you advise ambitious SMEs and large organizations on truly modern cloud solutions and migration challenges.

You translate these challenges into a roadmap. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure and experience with cloud projects will be invaluable here. You take the customer's requirements back to our office in Zoetermeer, where you work with the team to create an architecture design along with the relevant functional and technical designs. You then implement these solutions together at the customer's organization.

Where necessary, you also provide functional guidance, for example through workshops for end customers.

What else do you bring?

• At least 2 years of experience with Azure/cloud projects, cloud technologies and virtualization such as VMware or Hyper-V;
• Knowledge of Terraform, Azure DevOps, consolidation, compliance/security, Visual Studio, IaaS and DTAP;
• Experience in a DevOps environment with continuous deployment is a plus;
• At least MBO/HBO level of thinking and working;
• Experience contributing to and creating infrastructure designs in previous roles;
• You stay up to date with the latest developments in IT and cloud;
• Language skills: fluent Dutch and English;
• Azure certifications are a plus.
