Aumatics’ Shared Services Center (SSC) provides services in end user support, proactive monitoring of different aspects of the services provides, and full ICT Service Management.
From the Shared Services Center (SSC), Aumatics can proactively monitor all the systems 24×7 if required to ensure maximum availability of the offered services. In addition, the SSC can monitor its clients’ systems and processes, all done in a proactive manner.
Proactively monitoring the services provides, prevents many malfunctions and ensure that you can continue to work without interruption. We also promptly take note when the available capacity is no longer sufficient and, in consultation with you, we can adjust the capacity of your systems promptly.
If, despite that, a problem does arise, or if you have a question, the professional and friendly Shared Service Center staff are ready to assist you. They can also help you when applying for and implementing changes in your cloud environment.
You can report incidents, questions and apply for changes in the service provision online: 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. Via the ‘self-service portal’ you always have up-to-date insight into the status of incidents and change requests.
Aumatics can provide management and support at the client’s location on request. This way supplying our customers with local user support to address issues that are cumbersome to handle remotely or by phone.
